Asia Scuba Instructors is a professional training center specializing in PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDC) across Southeast Asia. With training locations in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, the organization helps diving enthusiasts become certified instructors through intensive, high-quality programs.
Objectives
Asia Scuba Instructors contacted Dawa Web Agency with a clear set of objectives:
- Improve the technical health and SEO foundation of the website.

Solution
To meet these goals, Dawa Web Agency implemented a comprehensive technical SEO and performance optimization strategy. We began with a full audit of the site, addressing indexing issues such as 404 errors, redirects, and canonical conflicts, while also refining the robots.txt file to improve crawl efficiency. Mobile performance was a key focus, with improvements made to image formats and layout structures to reduce LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) and eliminate layout shifts. Caching and server settings were optimized using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
To enhance search visibility, we manually integrated JSON-LD structured data into the site’s header, including LocalBusiness and Product schema types that defined business information, contact details, services, and customer reviews. All updates were thoroughly tested and validated using Google’s PageSpeed Insights and Rich Results Test tools, with the updated schema and sitemap submitted to Google Search Console for indexing.
